ABOUT LLOYD & DEBBIE
Lloyd and his wife Debbie Van Eeden Petersman founded Eeden’s Ag Ltd in the summer of 2025.
Having previous work experience in the ag retail sector, Lloyd has branched out on his own selling Pioneer brand corn, canola and forage inoculants as well as promoting the line of DSV Northstar alfalfa and forage grasses.
Having grown up in the area, he is familiar with livestock, irrigation, and the various crops grown in rotation across the region. Lloyd is a certified crop advisor and enjoys spending time in the fields from pre-plant all the way through to harvest.

WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
On a personal note, Lloyd and Debbie have been blessed to raise a large family, with nine children who have brought them much joy over the years. As their children grow into adulthood, Lloyd and Debbie take great pleasure in watching them embark on new chapters of their lives, including getting married and starting families of their own.
The entire family enjoys spending quality time together, especially during seasonal activities—downhill skiing is a favorite pastime in the winter months, while river kayaking provides adventure and fun during the summer. In addition to their recreational pursuits, the family is involved in their church community. They find fulfillment in actively participating in church life, volunteering their time, and supporting various church initiatives, which has become an important part of their family’s values and traditions.
